I just saw a guy fully dressed as a gorilla riding a motorcycle.

Guy at work

So this guy at work, we'll call him "Phil", was talking to me for a looooooooooooong time today. Here are the highlights that I recall.

1. He was talking about an island in the Carribean, I believe. And saying how beautiful it is because it's on the equator. And then he told me how the sun is up for so long, "It comes up at 5:30 and doesn't go down till 9 o'clock at nighT!" Must be a cool place. Maybe it's magic?

2. At another point, probably about 45 min later he was talking about how a certain street on some city back east used to be really rough. "You'd only go down there for one of 2 things: drugs, a gun, or a woman."

3. He did the cancan.

You just can't make this stuff up.

My birthday

I got bike gloves and bike socks for my birthday from Louis. He "wrapped" the socks in one of his soccer socks and the gloves in a big snow glove. When he told me to open my presents I said "which should I open first? The sock or the glove" and he thought it was hiliarious. Which it was. LOOOOOOOOVE

Jones

Lady selling Louis a dryer: "Ok so I'll need some information from you. What's your name?"

Louis: "Louis Jones"

Lady: "Are you related to a Danny Jones?" (All excited like.)

Louis: "No, I don't know any Danny Jones."

Lady: "Oh, you look so much like him, when you walked in I did a double take because I thought you were him."

Louis: "oh, where's he from"

Lady: "Mexico, I haven't seen him in probably 10 years"

A guy from my company in seattle that i've talked to a lot called me today and was being all confusing and we finally figured out that he mixed me up with this girl in oakland and then he said "jeepers" a lot.

It snowed like crazy overnight last week. Took me half an hour to unbury the car to get to work.

My cute little babies when they were younger.

Our new car not yet named. Any ideas? Maybe something boring/plain but still nice. Like Jane.
